Character History
2009
Blake talks with President Martinez inside the Oval Office upon receiving a file about the Mount Inostranka Facility. Blake answers the President that there are 97 prisoners, and the President says he wants to go to the facility and meet them. (I Haven't Told You Everything)
Sometime later, Blake holds a meeting with President Martinez about the origin of the Inostranka prisoners. Blake tells the President that they are survivors of a 1944 crash and states that they are not of terrestrial origin. After Simon Lee explains their physical differences, Blake informs the President that they are being held because of their refusal to tell the truth. He believes that they have a hidden agenda. (To Keep Us Safe)
After, Blake accompanies the President as he visits the facility. (I Haven't Told You Everything)
2010
Inside the President's Retreat, Blake, along with Vice President Jarvis and General Whitman, try to deter the President from announcing the close of the Mount Inostranka Facility, but are unsuccessful. Blake, then, says that it is fine to let the public know, but asks that the prisoners not be released.
Later, when the President gets ready to make the announcement, his assistant is told Blake, Raymond and Whitman have all left. (I Haven't Told You Everything)
After the disappearance of Avias 514, Blake informs the President that the plane was hijacked because of the intent to crash into the Presidential compound. In a secure area of a warehouse, the President and Blake are briefed about the mysterious disappearance of Avias 514 and the recording of electromagnetic blasts during the time. Blake concludes that this is the work of the Mount Inostranka prisoners. Afterwards, he rides on a golf cart with the President on the way to Sophia's cell, while noting that the prisoners had to have help from the outside.
Back at the warehouse, Blake fills Simon in on recent events and appoints him as the leader of a special operations unit to track down any detainees who have been hiding among society. Blake notes he is unsure how far they have been infiltrated. (To Keep Us Safe)
