Jason Ritter is the actor who portrays Sean Walker.

About

Jason Ritter is an experienced actor in film, television, and on stage. Jason's film credits include roles in cinema films Swimfan (2002), Freddy vs. Jason (2003), and W. (2008); and in the television film The Dreamer of Oz (1990).

On television, Jason is perhaps best known for his principal roles as "Kevin Girardi" in Joan of Arcadia (2003-2005) and "Ethan Haas" in The Class(2006-2007); and playing "Todd" in the daytime soap, Days of Our Lives (1999). Jason has also had a recurring role in 'Parenthood (2010), and single episode appearances in the shows Law & Order (2001), Law & Order: Special Vicitms Unit (2003), and Mercy (2009).

Jason's theater credits include Wendy Wasserstein's Third (Lincoln Center, NYC), Neil LaBute's The Distance From Here (Almeida at King's Cross, London) and Tom Donaghy's The Beginning of August (The Atlantic Theater Company, NYC).

In addition to his acting, Jason helped produce the independent film Good Dick (2008), which he also starred in. He was also executive producer for independent film Oh My Soul (2008) and the television movie This is My Friend (2007).

Jason Ritter was nominated for the Teen Choice Award in 2004 for "Choice Breakout Male TV Star" for his performance in Joan of Arcadia.
For his performance in Freddy vs. Jason, he was also nominated in 2004 for the "Cinescape Genre Male Face of the Future" award by the Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy & Horror Films.
