Raymond Jarvis is the vice president of the United States of America, serving under President Martinez.

Character History

2009

Raymond attends a meeting with President Martinez, where Blake Sterling and Simon Lee brief them about the origin of the Inostranka prisoners, their physical differences and their motives. Raymond learns they are not of terrestrial origin. (To Keep Us Safe)

2010

At the President's Retreat in Coral Gables, FL, Raymond whispers in Elias Martinez's ear, telling him to attend a meeting with Raymond, Blake Sterling, and General Whitman. The trio try to deter the President from revealing information about the Mount Inostranka Facility, but are unsuccessful.

Later, the President's secretary informs him that Raymond, Blake, and Whitman have left. (I Haven't Told You Everything)

Raymond and Blake begin to suspect each other in being involved with the President's assassination attempt. Raymond confronts Blake and informs him the attempt would've been made to silence the President and stop the release of the detainees. (Protect Them from the Truth) Later, in the bio quarantine facility, Raymond faces Blake again, saying that he is opposed to Blake handling the investigation of the assassination attempt. (A Matter of Life and Death)
