Sarah Roemer is the actress who portrays Leila Buchanan.

About

Although she has appeared as herself in episodes of the television series Current TV (2007) and Up Close with Carrie Keagan (2007-2009), Sarah Roemer has been principally a film actress. Her best known roles include playing "Ashley" in Disturbia (2007) and "Carly Barkley" in Fired Up! (2009). She also starred in other cinema films The Grudge 2 (2006) and Hachi: A Dog's Tale (2009).

Sarah acted in and was associate producer for the independent film Locked In (2010), and has had acting roles in other independent films including Wristcutters: A Love Story (2006) and Cutlass (2007). She also starred in direct-to-video films Asylum (2008) and Falling Up (2009).

In addition to acting, Sarah is a professional fashion model. She has appeared in CCS catalogs, and been featured in magazines including Maxim, GQ, Nylon Guys, and Elle. Sarah was on a cover of Sportswear International in 2004, and a cover of Modern Dog in 2009.

In 2008, Sarah was nominated for a "Best Kiss" MTV movie award for her performance with Shia LeBeouf in Disturbia.
