	To Keep Us Safe Original Air Date: 27 September 2010 As the shockwave of the plane dissipates, President Martinez's (Blair Underwood) staff must work quickly to assess what happened and how to respond. Director of National Intelligence, Blake Sterling (Željko Ivanek), locks down Sophia (Laura Innes) for interrogation. The conspiracy widens, engulfing FBI Agent Collier (guest star Heather McComb) and Carter (guest star D.B. Sweeney), a mercenary with questionable ties. Meanwhile, a shadowy figure, Thomas (Clifton Collins, Jr.), emerges with knowledge of the detainees and their plan.
	Protect Them from the Truth Original Air Date: 4 October 2010 President Martinez's (Blair Underwood) administration unveils a tough new strategy to force Sophia (Laura Innes) to reveal the detainees' plan, putting into play a new detainee, Maya (guest star Clea DuVall). Elsewhere, we learn that Vicky (Taylor Cole) and Carter (guest star D.B. Sweeney) are in possession of a crucial hostage. FBI Agent Collier's (guest star Heather McComb) suspicion grows deeper.
	A Matter of Life and Death Original Air Date: 11 October 2010 The White House grapples with a mysterious biological threat. Their only hope is to crack Sophia (Laura Innes) during interrogation. Meanwhile, Vicky (Taylor Cole) and Carter (guest star D.B. Sweeney) keep their hostage captive while they await further instructions. FBI Agent Collier (guest star Heather McComb) and Sean (Jason Ritter), on their search for Leila (Sarah Roemer), stumble upon Vicky's secret life.
	Casualties of War Original Air Date: 18 October 2010 The biological threat intensifies. The CDC rushes to identify the contagion and treat the infected people, while the White House and Director of National Intelligence (Željko Ivanek) face a difficult dilemma in their negotiation with Thomas (Clifton Collins, Jr.). Meanwhile, Simon (Ian Anthony Dale) appeals to Sophia (Laura Innes) to turn on Thomas. Elsewhere, Sean (Jason Ritter) and FBI Agent Collier (guest star Heather McComb) closes in on Vicky (Taylor Cole) and Carter (guest star D.B. Sweeney), but appearances are not always what they seem.

	I Know Who You Are Original Air Date: 8 November 2010 President Martinez (Blair Underwood) orders Director of National Intelligence, Blake Sterling (Željko Ivanek), to root out the mole from their staff, which causes Sterling to question his judgment of people close to him. Sophia (Laura Innes) reasserts her power over Thomas (Clifton Collins, Jr.) and the other detainees, and she prepares them for the next leg of their mission. When he doesn't receive the progress that he desires, Martinez decides to personally interrogate Michael Buchanan (Scott Patterson) about his involvement in the assassination attempt. While Michael holds to his claim that he doesn't know who is involved, he inadvertently reveals incriminating evidence about someone deep inside the President's staff. Meanwhile, Dempsey (Guest Star Hal Holbrook) dispatches Vicky (Taylor Cole) on a new clandestine mission. 	Your World to Take Original Air Date: 22 November 2010 President Martinez (Blair Underwood) reacts to the knowledge of who betrayed him within his administration. Meanwhile, after revealing her plan for the Sleepers' future, Sophia (Laura Innes) learns of dissension among her people. She sets a trap for the perpetrators and acts decisively to quell any future mutiny. Elsewhere, Sean (Jason Ritter) and Leila (Sarah Roemer) try to unravel the mystery of Samantha's kidnapping, while evading Dempsey's (Hal Holbrook) nefarious clutches.
	Everything Will Change Original Air Date: 29 November 2010 President Martinez (Blair Underwood) confronts the traitor in his administration, only to be met with threats of exposing the cover-up of Avias Air 514. Even after testing the loyalty of Isabel (guest star Necar Zadegan) and Thomas (Clifton Collins, Jr.), Sophia (Laura Innes) still suspects their subterfuge, so she sends Simon (Ian Anthony Dale) on a fact-finding mission. Her suspicions are confirmed when Thomas unveils a shocking new plan. Meanwhile, on the hunt for Samantha, Sean (Jason Ritter) and Leila (Sarah Roemer) battle the mercenaries sent by Dempsey (guest star Hal Holbrook).
	And Then There Were More Original Air Date: 7 March 2011 President Martinez (Blair Underwood) and his longtime Chief of Staff (guest star Roger Bart) charge the intelligence community with decrypting Thomas's (Clifton Collins, Jr.) satellite message, but more importantly determining to whom it was sent. Elsewhere, Sean (Jason Ritter) and Leila (Sarah Roemer) get a fresh lead on the whereabouts of Samantha, but it leads them to a dramatic turn in their lives.
	Inostranka Original Air Date: 7 March 2011 Thomas unveils a surprise attack, but he does not anticipate a heroic stand-off with Blake Sterling (Željko Ivanek), who learns an important lesson about Sleepers from Maya (guest star Clea DuVall). Meanwhile, newly appointed Alaskan Senator Catherine Lewis (guest star Virginia Madsen) threatens to divulge information about the Mount Inostranka Detention Facility on an episode of "HARDBALL with Chris Matthews" (playing himself). James Dempsey (guest star Hal Holbrook) foresees that he and Sean will once again cross paths.
	Turnabout Original Air Date: 14 March 2011 Still reeling from the attack in Alaska, President Martinez (Blair Underwood) reasserts control over the situation and his administration. Sophia (Laura Innes) learns the details of Thomas's murderous rampage. Thomas (Clifton Collins, Jr.) sets Sophia and Martinez further at odds. Elsewhere, Michael (Scott Patterson) leaves Leila (Sarah Roemer) in safekeeping with a close friend while he goes on the hunt for Thomas.
	A Message Back Original Air Date: 21 March 2011 Thomas (Clifton Collins, Jr.) summons Sophia (Laura Innes), Diane Geller (guest star Gabrielle Carteris), and the other Sleepers to reveal the contents of the game-changing message he received. With newfound intensity, President Martinez (Blair Underwood) confronts Vice President Raymond Jarvis (Bill Smitrovich) about his betrayal. Sean (Jason Ritter) blackmails Vicky (Taylor Cole) into helping him on a mission of vengeance. Elsewhere, Dempsey (guest star Hal Holbrook) continues on his hunt for experimental subjects.
	Face Off Original Air Date: 28 March 2011 President Martinez (Blair Underwood) and Blake Sterling (Zeljko Ivanek) have the Sleepers surrounded, but after Sophia (Laura Innes) triggers a national disaster, negotiations ensue. Elsewhere, with a lead on the whereabouts of Dempsey (guest star Hal Holbrook), Sean (Jason Ritter) and Vicky (Taylor Cole) continue on their mission.
	You Bury Other Things Too Original Air Date: 4 April 2011 Sophia (Laura Innes) and the other Sleepers mourn their losses after negotiations are derailed. While observing Simon's (Ian Anthony Dale) reaction to the events, Director Sterling (Željko Ivanek) begins to doubt his loyalties and devises a test. President Martinez (Blair Underwood) tasks Senator Catherine Lewis (guest star Virginia Madsen) with rooting out any other moles within the White House. Elsewhere, Sean (Jason Ritter) and Vicky (Taylor Cole) are on the verge of tracking down Dempsey (guest star Hal Holbrook), but it may be exactly what he was anticipating.
